Extension Chrome VINTYRESELL — Assistant Vinted

The Chrome extension VINTYRESELL — Assistant Vinted is a tool reserved for members of the VINTYRESELL platform. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
L'extension Chrome VINTYRESELL — Assistant Vinted est un outil réservé aux membres de la plateforme VINTYRESELL. Cette politique explique quelles données sont collectées, comment elles sont utilisées et comment elles sont protégées.
1. Data Collected / Données collectées
The extension stores the following data exclusively on your device (via chrome.storage.local):
- VINTYRESELL JWT Token — to verify your access. Never shared with Vinted or any third party.
- Automation preferences — delays, message templates, time ranges, republication settings.
- Local usage statistics — number of daily actions (republications, messages, favorites). Stored for a maximum of 7 days, never transmitted.
- Anti-duplicate list — Vinted user IDs already contacted. Automatically purged after 3 days.
No personal information, passwords, or Vinted account data is ever collected or transmitted.
2. Data Transmitted to Servers / Données transmises à des serveurs
The extension communicates exclusively with:

vintyresell.com (VINTYRESELL server, hosted in France / EU):
- JWT token verification every hour (
GET /api/users/me)
- Initial login (
POST /api/auth/login)

www.vinted.fr / vinted.com (Vinted):
- The extension acts on your behalf on Vinted via your browser session (cookies). It does not extract, store, or transmit your Vinted data to any third party.
No data is sold or shared with any third party. Aucune donnée n'est vendue ni partagée avec des tiers.
3. Security / Sécurité
- All communications with vintyresell.com use HTTPS (TLS encryption).
- Your password is never stored — only the JWT token (limited lifetime) is kept locally.
- The token is automatically deleted upon logout.
- No data is sent to analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

5. Your Rights (GDPR) / Vos droits (RGPD)
In accordance with GDPR / Conformément au RGPD :
- Access & rectification — accessible via your member area at vintyresell.com
- Deletion / Suppression — uninstalling the extension removes all local data. Deleting your account on vintyresell.com removes your server-side data.
- Portability — your local data is in
chrome.storage.local, exportable via Chrome developer tools.
- Data Retention — local data is retained until you uninstall the extension or clear storage. Server-side data is retained as long as your account is active.
